Dylan, Jana, and Andres and I want to say Daniel but for some reason I'm blanking on his name were perfection. I definetly was a little guarded when I read the yelp reviews of other's experiences and even mentioned it to Dylan who reassured me I would be well taken care of, and I really was from start to finish. Jana was so organized and took care of all the paper work, on on Move Out Day Andres and his partner were impecable. They wrapped and took all the furniture and boxes out of my studio in less than 2 hours. Unbelievably organized and experienced team.

2 Days later everything arrived in Irvine safe and sound. None of my furniture or clothes were damaged or missing in any way. Not even one earring (and I had a TRUCK LOAD of earrings).

Starting with my first call in to them - Val was great and very helpful - she set me up with an in-home appt with Jim to do the estimate. Jim assesses and takes inventory so that nothing is overlooked - he was professional, detailed and thorough, and straight to the point. I appreciated all those qualities! On moving day, the three men were prompt, polite, and got straight to loading the truck. The move was completed an hour earlier than anticipated and I was charged accordingly. I highly recommend AMS Bekins! I called 3 other places for quotes, and I'm so glad I chose and hired them. I don't plan on moving any time soon, but if/when I do - they will be my go-to movers. The whole moving experience was excellent starting with getting an estimate for the job to the office for billing to the movers. Everyone was professional and helpful with our concerns. Their team were professional, on time and very thorough. The move came in two parts, with things being packed and stored in phase 1 for the staging , and the final move with stage 2, 1 month later. I figured given the storage and moving , things were bound to go wrong. However, everything happened as planned and the move was made a lot easier thanks to their work.
